1. Use of Our Website
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or have express parental/guardian consent, to use our system and purchase our products. 1.2 Permitted Use: You agree to use our website and the Insurance Policy™ system only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes. 1.3 Prohibited Activities: You may not misuse our system, attempt unauthorized access to our digital delivery servers, or use our proprietary Logic Maps for any commercial or infringing purposes.
2. Digital Protocols and Licensing
2.1 Personal License: Upon purchase of a Whitecoatprotocol system, you are granted a single-user, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to download and study the materials. 2.2 Anti-Piracy Restrictions: You may not resell, distribute, reproduce, or share our digital files, screenshots, or proprietary SGE correction data with third parties, including "study groups" or public forums, without prior written permission. We track digital fingerprints to protect our intellectual property. 2.3 Delivery: We ensure our protocols are available for instant download, but we are not responsible for technical issues regarding your personal hardware, internet connection, or third-party PDF readers.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. 3.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to change without notice. 3.3 Secure Processing: Payments are securely processed through Shopify and our verified third-party payment providers. Whitecoatprotocol does not store your full credit card details.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Reference: All purchases are subject to our 30-Day Exemplary Score Guarantee and Refund Policy, which can be found in the footer of our store.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: All content, Logic Maps, SGE Correction data, and branding (including the Insurance Policy™ and Whitecoatprotocol names) are the exclusive property of Whitecoatprotocol and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. 5.2 Trademark Protection: Any unauthorized use of our "Whitecoat" branding or "Standard Guide Error" terminology is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability & Education Disclaimer
6.1 No Guarantee of Results: While our protocols are based on confirmed 2026 ATI TEAS 7 redistribution data, Whitecoatprotocol is an educational tool. We do not guarantee specific test scores, nor do we guarantee admission into any specific nursing program or university. Admissions are multi-factorial and determined solely by the respective institutions. 6.2 "As Is" Basis: Our system is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Whitecoatprotocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your performance on the TEAS exam or your use of our materials.

8. Governing Law
8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
