At Whitecoatprotocol, we are committed to delivering a high-quality digital study system and an excellent customer experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Digital Product Policy
1.1 All Sales Are Final: Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, they cannot be returned and are generally non-refundable once the order is completed.
1.2 Exceptions (Technical Issues Only): Refunds may be granted if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive your guide after purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- The file is corrupted or unreadable and cannot be replaced.
2. 30-Day Score Improvement Guarantee (Conditional)
In addition to the above, we offer a conditional satisfaction guarantee known as the 30-Day Score Improvement Guarantee.
This guarantee applies only if you:
(a) Complete a full review of the guide within 30 days of purchase (b) Attempt at least one official ATI TEAS practice exam or full-length practice test after completing the material (c) Provide proof of completion, such as:
- Screenshots or photos of your completed study sessions or notes
- A practice exam score report showing you implemented the material
- Written summary of the sections you worked through
If, after completing the above, you have seen no improvement in your TEAS science section score compared to your baseline, you may request a refund.
You may choose between:
- A full refund
- Store credit
Refunds under this guarantee are not automatic and will only be issued after verifying completed work.
This guarantee does not cover outcomes related to test-day conditions, exam version variations, or factors outside the scope of the study material.
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Contact Us: To request a refund, email us at contact@whitecoatprotocol.store within 30 days of purchase.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at purchase
- Proof of completed work as outlined in Section 2
3.2 Review Process: We will review your submission within 3–5 business days and confirm whether it meets the conditions for a refund.
3.3 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to complete the material or attempt a practice exam
- Failure to provide proof of completed work
- Purchasing the wrong item
- Disliking the style or format of the content
- Downloading the guide and requesting a refund without implementing the material
- Expecting score improvement without completing the 30-day implementation process
- Results impacted by factors outside the scope of the material, including test anxiety, undiagnosed learning conditions, or significant disruption to study time
5. Download Issues
If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your guide, contact us at contact@whitecoatprotocol.store. We will assist you promptly. If the file is corrupted, we will provide a working replacement at no additional cost.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date clearly displayed.
